His character on Grey's Anatomy has never been alive now the writers strikes are over and TV shows are back to normal programming.

Derek and Rose: Derek and Rose are together still. But... no sex. She's waiting until they're serious. Sloan and Yang aren't fans of Roserek (Does that work? I couldn't come up with anything better.) and while it seems like they're happy, we all know it isn't going to last. Derek definitely seemed unsure when Sloan asked him if it was serious

Meredith: She's quiet. Started going to see the hospital quack. But she doesn't talk. It's obvious that she's still hung up on Derek but she's thrown herself into the job to compensate for the loss. Her character actually made a lot development in this episode, but we'll get to that.

Television star Patrick Dempsey feels so much pressure to stay in shape, and often compares himself to his own worked out co-stars. The married father-of-three admits it is a struggle not to let the pressure of body-conscious Hollywood get to him. The actor says, "I’m not (Grey’s Anatomy co-star) Eric Dane. He is in perfect shape. I definitely have pec envy. There’s a lot of pressure being a man in this town." He adds, "People are seeing a fantasy. It’s not necessarily me, but it does help your ego. Look, I know TV is a visual medium, so of course I want to be in shape, but I don’t want to be ripped."I let my wife know that I’m sexy all the time."

Writers Strikes makes Fans Happy cause of Great DVD's Box Sets

The strike is behind us and most shows are back on the air, but don't think you've felt the last of its effects, DVD and Blu-ray boxed sets for most of this season's TV shows will be a few episodes shorter than normal. Apparently the idea of charging a little less is just too outrageous, according to Video Business, Disney plans "extra" features like lengthened episodes and looks behind the scenes -- you know, exactly the kind of thing we've come to expect from our boxed sets. Still interested? Grey's Anatomy fans can look forward to the series Blu-ray debut September 9 (Lost hits December 9), part of a strategy to hit shelves closer to the upcoming seasons so fans might remember who McDreamy & McSteamy are. Mentions of possible Xbox Live debuts, or HD cases of Dirty Sexy Money and Ugly Betty were unfortunately missing.
